We are situated on the beautiful Fish pen area of Merimbulas Main swimming & surfing beach.  Grandeur are the ONLY holiday units in Fishpen which back directly onto the main beach, giving you DIRECT beach access.

Enjoy Swimming, surfing, sail boarding, fishing and beachcombing which are all at your back door.

 Grandeur's 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units are situated in a quiet, sunny, Noth facing position.

It is a short, pleasant stroll to the main shopping centre and just 150m to a take away and Milk Bar. Walk to town and relax in one of the many Cafe's, Restaurants or Clubs.  Enjoy shopping in many of the boutique stores which Merimbula has to offer.
All units are fully self-contained, including Free AUSTAR TV and DVD players. Wireless internet is also available (charges apply)

Grandeur Units boast the largest electric heated pool on Fish pen. There is also a toddlers pool and the average temperature is around 28 degrees in Summer & 25-26 degrees in the cooler months. BBQ facilities are available.
